Dr. Howe is an Associate Professor and  Undergraduate Academic Advisor in the Department of Computer and Information Science. He received his MS in Computer Science from the Northwestern University Evanston, IL and his Ph. D. Degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

 

He has worked 24 years with IBM company in a variety of Technical and Management position in R&D. He has extensive knowledge in Client/Server design, Process orientation, Process Improvement technology, including Continuous Improvement technology and Business Reengineering.  He Published 19 articles and 2 Technical Disclosure Bulletins.
