Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois in 1988 and his MS in Civil Engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, in 1982.

 

Dr. Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science. He has worked as a Research Scientist for Army Center of Excellence in Information Science, Department of Computer and Information Science, Clark Atlanta University during 1995 to 1997.
